Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know through the contact form-just be sure and put "return"+your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the message.

Returns can be made for store credit, and you will just have to pay to have it shipped back.

If for some reason your purchased product arrives broken or damaged, we will take care of it. Please just email a picture of the damaged merchandise to fruititeachicks@yahoo.com along with your shipping confirmation and we will ship you a replacement ASAP.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment. 

We will process your order within 3 business days unless an order processing delay has been noted on the website.

Most orders will arrive in 1-3 business days after being shipped. You will get a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email.

Currently we only ship within the US and Canada. Almost all shipments are sent via USPS. If you place a large order, it may be shipped UPS.
